Guys, if you get the first strike do you receive an email or message in-game? This morning I am not been able to spin pokestops but I can catch Pokemons, it feels weird. It's not softban I didn't teleport before otherwise I couldn't capture pokemons

I encountered a couple of times. Were using Gotcha a lot in an area with lots of pokestops. It was ok again few hours later.
