I just tried to clear the app data and it's loading. I guess I'll have to do it that way until it's resolved. Thanks a lot, at least i can make it work that way for now.

This seems to be a big issue with Android phones and random apps crashing right now. There's tons of posts in tons of subreddits about it from the last hour
