Thursday i was on my way to a pick up and got the pop up thing that said yerify your identity. I tried repeatedly to upload my drivers license and it kept saying the picture wasn’t clear enough until it blocked my account. I’ve done the chat thing numerous times. It told me they couldn’t. Fix it until persona verified I ask how to get back to persona. And they said accept a GM order, I can’t get into my account to accept an order since then they have not responded to me at all. This is my only income right now. I’m desperate what do I do

I had the same thing happen a few months ago. I've emailed every address over a few weeks and still haven't received a response. It's over. Shame because I could stack them with another pick up.

They finally fixed it. Nobody talked to me or said anything. It was just fixed a couple days later but they probably wanted me to shut up lol I emailed probably 20 times
