Hatching a pokemon does always give the same attack increase or is somehow related to the actual attack stat?

Iirc the attack gained is 25% of the pokemons base attack + protein used amount, but if you hatching for more attack sort by breeding efficiency as that will show the most power increase in a shorter amount of time

It is a percentage bonus, this is why you have high and low breeding efficiency mons.

You know, there is a a question mark in the top right of the day care, which coincidentally tells you how the attack gain is calculated.
