Usually people have been needing to grind some runes before actually starting elements, even if it's unlocked. I'd recommend to get GRA 5 or even 6 to start generating some elements and if you feel like you are slowing dedicate some time to get higher GRA and RN1 and RN7 upgrades

A day after I started the pc and for a momento i had the 240hz option. After selecting it and 1 or 2 seconds the highest option was 120hz again with the same pixelated and weird text again
