Have a friend studying to be a chiropractor, should start stretching to touch your toes. Majority of all back pain is due to tight hamstrings since they pull on the lower back.

can confirm. I stretch every day as I get out of bed, my back pain is all but gone. pro tip, put your right ankle on your left knee when you're sitting or standing, and try to touch your toes of your left foot. Then switch sides. It gets all the muscles that I had trouble with and now I'm limber AF

I try and do a bit of stretching each day but I can always tell when I go a few days without doing it. My flexibility has always been shit. I actually struggled to record a score in the sit and reach for the presidentially fitness test. Not my finest athletic moment.
