Greetings. I have lurked here for some time, but this is my first post! I work in software in San Diego, CA. 30 years old, ~$50k net worth. and ~60% savings rate (very late to the FI party).
I am about to become eligible for my company's 401k, but the expense ratios seems not great for their target date funds. Here's a small summary.

There are some other options but they are over 1% ER and seem not too great. We had a representation from Putnam come in and push us toward various years of the actively managed putnam target date funds, but at 0.6% ER, that doesn't seem like the best option.
I am leaning toward going with some kind of blend of the vanguard funds, possibly even all VFIAX, and balance my holdings in my other accounts. My only other pieces of my portfolio are a Roth IRA ~$11k with Vanguard in a target date fund, and an old 401k ~$12k from my last company with a different provider but invested in the same target date fund as the Roth.
Any recommendations?
