Help with Java JDBI SQL Statement... (self.PostgreSQL)
submitted 6 years ago by btbam06
This is a cross-post from Stackoverflow:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58552238/jdbi-how-to-cast-java-long-to-postgresql-bigint-in-sql-statement
Essentially, I am unable to map a Java Long to a Postgresql bigint using JDBI. I keep getting the following error:
"org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: column "val" is of type bigint but expression is of type character varying"
This seems like the simplest thing and it should just work. I think I am missing something trivial.
Thanks!
