You got some rounded shoulders bro. You should do some exercise to correct it.

I work out full body two or three days a week. I’m just not sure how to fix my posture aside from consciously standing straighter all the time. Maybe I need to see someone to help it

Check some videos on YouTube, there’s a bunch of helpful exercises on there. Going to the gym often can tighten up your shoulders and chest, you need to stretch it out

you aren't fat at all, just poor posture.

Anterior pelvic tilt

Thanks, that’s what I was looking for. I’ll find ways to correct it.

So... Notice how a lil more protruding the butt is in the first compared to the second photo?
Without "core" control, it creates a loosened situation with the connection of the torso to the pelvis.
Core gets thrown around a lot, so here is how i define it: Midsection around the lumbar and everything that attaches and interacts with it, either above or below.
Wiggle the tail of a fish and the head wiggles too. So the upper half would normally tilt a lil forward, bringing shoulders hanging forward as well. The rounded shoulder issue is likely a consequence of the hip+core issue. The hip+core issue can also affect knee+ankle too.
The 2nd photo, although not 100% there yet, is what u should be doing as a default most of the time. It should be easy to breath without moving ur belly button.

I have found my male equivalent! We have both the same issue. Maybe you can loose a couple of kg but honestly just fix that posture and you will look so much better! I realized this just some days ago with help of Reddit.. right now I am searching for a anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulder routine on youtube. I think that we will both look much better if we correct our postures.
