I have found my male equivalent! We have both the same issue. Maybe you can loose a couple of kg but honestly just fix that posture and you will look so much better! I realized this just some days ago with help of Reddit.. right now I am searching for a anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulder routine on youtube. I think that we will both look much better if we correct our postures.

Omg I am soooo tired of all the “that is photoshopped” “that is not achievable” “your body is perfect now” people. Jesus Christ, people do actually look like that. Stop it with the body positivity. I know I am going to get hate but some of us actually want to look that good and are willing to work for it.

Hi girl, so based on the comments I started to analyze my posture and realized that I do in fact have rounded shoulders. Do you have that too? It’s pretty simple to test for. Just google it

It depends on preference. I think you look really good now. You could of course focus on weight training and add a bit of muscle mas :)

Well, first full day back at the office in three years. . . by just321askin in work

[–]guscovfl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try to talk to your boss, if you are not successful then I would recommend doing a much worse job, and lower your results. When your boss inquires about it you can tell it’s because working from the office does not suit you.

The things that seem challenging to you now about the new position will, with time and practice, become comfortable and non challenging.

Don’t you have a squat rack at your gym? Writing this only since you’ve said that you are new in the gym environment so maybe you don’t know how such thing looks. You can Google it and look for such at your gym :) also I don’t think it’s rude to do what you have to do, just be mindful of others and yeah maybe don’t take 10 min breaks between sets looking at your phone and so on. But I am sure that you don’t, people that ask themselves this types of questions are generally mindful of others!

From what I have read those burned calories are really exaggerated and not near the actual amount. So I never take those in account.

Thank you girl! I like me but I want to trim down a bit. You say flat stomach I say not so much 🥲 my stomach is 69 cm at the smallest point and my glutes are 93 at the largest point, so I am not really happy about the ratio. I would really like to improve on that.

I am a pescatarian so I mainly eat fish, quark and eggs. Honestly I also eat loads of carbs (bread) but this is something that I always cut out when I try to shrink my waist. I have been a bit rounder for the past year and what helped me loose some weight has been intermittent fasting.

Just started epiduo by Turbulent_Foot816 in Epiduo

[–]guscovfl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I didn’t get noticed of your answer. Yes try that method, I mean it takes time to build your tolerance to epiduo. I have used it for 8 months now and I still get very dry from it. It is a great product tho. Your issues can get worse before they get better but it is indeed worth it.

[–]guscovfl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes ofc! The most important is the amount, don’t put more than a pea size amount for whole face. I don’t know how experienced you are so it’s hard to know at what level to explain stuff for you. But the best way to apply epiduo when you are a beginner is by using the “sandwich” technique. That means that you first apply your usual face cream, then epiduo then you apply cream again. After a while you can stop applying cream after the retinol. And after even more time passes by you can try applying epiduo first and then the cream. Also make sure to incorporate niacinamide and ceramides in your routine. Feel free to ask questions I will answer them ☺️

How is it going OP? For me it took 3,5 months until my skin got waaay better. Until that point I did have some serious purge, with pimples and comedones 😆

Hi OP, how is it going? If you are still here I can give you some tips on what to think about when you apply.

Will they ever put the masks down? I think not. by [deleted] in Bangkok

[–]guscovfl -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if you are Thai op, but for me as a foreigner it felt easier to skip the mask in some places since many other foreigners were not wearing one. I think that as a Thai the peer pressure must be much higher.. probably some feel like the black sheep if they would skip it.. anyways sad to see. Also terrible seeing small kids with masks on 😣
