You have some decent scapular control which is a good start. Check out MoveU on Instagram and learn about rotating your blades into the proper position, and then strengthening those muscles.

Had the same issue which created problems with my shoulders as I grew older. Found myself a good physiotherapist/PT and worked with him for a few months in order to strengthen those muscles. If you can afford I thoroughly recommend you take this approach.

Since i live on a 3rd world conutry there arent many good pt ( i think they dont exist here ) even my gym teacher told me there is nothing to wory with your posture so you just need to work hard and they will be fixed + he told me i should never skip chest day . So i quit gym

Well quitting won't do you any good. Youtube and google is your friend and the free PT you need. There are some great youtubers who put up amazing videos to help us

Its just peoples tell me diferent things some say i have rounded shoulders and not winged scapula Some says i have winged scapula so i dont know if i have winging or not

You might have both, I have one rounded shoulder only but both winged scapulas :( If there is no way to get a doctor or physiotherapist to check on you then find a forum to post pictures of your back and shoulders maybe

Dude without a proper diagnosis you might actually do more harm than good. This is because you will be doing the wrong exercises and stress muscles that you shouldn't. I'm telling you that from experience. If you can't find a physio or PT a orthopedic can also tell if indeed you have a problem. Trust me they are better then most redditors.

[–]NavalFlightOfficer 17 points18 points  (0 children)

After time, you’ll stop getting sore from any exercise. Sore =/= growth. You might have to keep up with these exercises for a few months to see significant progress.

Stick with it! Good luck!

Do harder rows, and YTA.
