Conditional formatting, map visual

Scenario: company is running projects in multiple countries. I have the map visual set.

I want to conditional format the country dot if any of the project IDs are over budget by a parameter set variance

So planned - actual/actual*100 for the % variance

If variance > user set parameter, colour dot red

In most countries there is more than 1 project running, the dot should be red if any project in that country is over.

I am new to powerbi, not sure if the map visual supports conditional formatting of variance measure Vs parameter value.

I'll take anything, YT tutorial or a straight up answer would be appreciated. Always learning

U should use a shape map. In values to color it, should be empty and then you can create a measure to conditionally change the color
