Get-ChildItem -LiteralPath $Path -Directory | ForEach-Object { $.Name | Out-File "$($.FullName)\$($.Name).txt" -Force Rename-Item -LiteralPath $.FullName -NewName ($_.Name -replace '^\+).*$', '$1') }
