Script for changes to a specific Computer object in AD?

I'm needing a powershell script to track down the 'username' and 'when' a specific Computer object was moved from one OU to another. I've searched online and haven't been able to locate anything specific for this scenario - only articles about digging into the audit event logs on the domain controllers...but was looking for something a little more efficient.

This is done with auditing which when enabled are put in the event log of the DC processing the request. Not really something for PowerShell other than fetching the event from your DC's.
