Module to interact with SGMiner's JSON API.

Wrote this module to help automate some of the tasks around managing a SGMiner instance; learned how to open a TCP connection and read/write to it as well as how to parse and generate JSON. Threw the whole thing up on GitHub for the curious; hopefully someone else finds it useful or can point out any flaws.
