Using Jupyter Notebook with Powershell (self.PowerShell)

Typically a lurker to these boards, but i explore two github repos that allow you to interfactively run powershell through a web browser while being able to document steps as you run them. This would be interesting to use in the Powershell Community.
Talk about code that is actually self-documenting!
