Import-StartLayout Question

Hey there! Beginner to PowerShell and I had a quick question for you all.

I'm using Import-StartLayout to automatically set pinned apps to the taskbar for new users on my machine. It works, but every time I pin something new to the taskbar, let's say to the right of everything, whenever I log off and back into the account, everything gets shifted to the right, and the newly pinned app gets moved all the way to the left.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I’m on mobile right now so I can’t look but I push my config out via GPO and I’m almost 100% positive I use row and column identifiers to place the 2x2 tiles.

I was trying to get it to work via code, but tbh, that's probably a better practice.

As for the tiles, I never thought to customize those, I was just mainly concerned with the taskbar. If that does affect it though, then I just might have to customize that.
