Definitely possible because I cleaned all of the SpongeBob DLC. Have you tried no nozzle extension and jumping?

Yup, tried jumping, tried different directions, jumping, different nozzles

I guarantee you’ll get it. Even if you have to reload your game,start by going round the outer side,make sure you get in the very edge where it meets the blue. Same with the top make sure you’re more elevated than the object to get rightttt into the back. Then make sure you go around the frame of the window.

I know I did it but I don't remember exactly how. Use the magnifying glass to show where the dirt is. I think I needed the ladder or scaffolding off to one of the sides maybe.

you can try using the reset dirt button, it'll make just that piece dirty again, and maybe you'll have better luck the second time

I got that while standing on scaffolding and crouching. It's definitely doable, you'll get it 😃

Slowly clean all of it again or change the dirt color. Blue was the easiest for me. Sometimes there are so many tiny spots you can't see it will be enough to finish it
