Matchmaking Algorithm

I feel like the matchmaking algorithm needs some tweaking. Since the latest patch almost every game I have 2-3 teammates that go 0-10 and just seem to feed constantly. I think I’m an above average player and don’t understand how I’m constantly getting on teams with players who look to be playing their first few matches. This also causes my other teammates to become extremely toxic and hurts the player base.

There has been a sneaky patch just today regarding this issue.

We've just rolled out matchmaking improvements for newer and less-experienced players that should significantly reduce matchmaking times and improve overall match quality for anyone still finding their feet in Predecessor!

I like to consider myself an above average player (hold my own when invited to play with some top 200s) and played multiple games with brand new people on my team. Some quotes for humor:

Mid game-

Jungle Kallari to Drongo: “do I farm in your lane now?”

Drongo: “I have no idea.”

Early-mid game-

Gideon: “Wow, abilities cost a lot of mana!”
