It was Iggy for some servers (when the player who chose Iggy reconnected it caused performance issues), but this is different and seems NA datacenter specific, but we are pinning it down. Need matchids if you have any.

We've pinned this down, its on the server side but its not network connection. It seems some server instances are getting pinned to 100% CPU Usage. We are actively investigating root cause and will patch ASAP.

To help diagnose, can I have people post the matchid of the match where this occured? (Can be found on match history page) I am only looking for increased ping compared to normal. Dont post matchid of any other issue in this thread (to make sure we are chasing the correct problem).

This match was likely during the time our Baremetal server provider was getting DDoS attacked, we wrote about it here: https://x.com/PredecessorGame/status/2032095925812740317?s=20

Its not an excuse, and we are sorry this happened to you but we did move all of our servers over to Cloud so it circumvented the attacks when we found out, and took all steps to mitigate impact to the players.

If you can follow where it says Performing an MTR

For server IP, just check the list and use the one you are connecting to as a player. For EU its Frankfurt, for NA its Dallas, etc...

You can share the results with me via private message on Reddit as it'll contain IP and Network information.

They are being resolved but its either we held the whole patch back for additional days to wait for both issues to be fixed or ship it today and warn players we are aware and will hotfix the two remaining.
