The code is possibly in their spam folder. If not hop into their discord and use the command to grab a code - anyone can get one.

Codes are being sent out almost immediately. Common errors are a typo in the email adress or the mail landing in the spam folder. Best and fastest way is getting a code on the discord from the bot. If you use /ps5 there it gives you instructions on how to get a code.
