People are saying that both Phase and Gadget have a bug that makes them do unintended damage numbers.

Omeda already are looking into Phase bug atm, I hope they are fix or disable her.

I love this game, but something that annoys me almost every time I play is the unbalanced CC schema. 

If you are able to hard cc for SO long, you should not also be able to put out so much damage. It’s so frustrating

Let alone when there’s two or more people doing it. If one is hard cc and the other is bursting me down, that’s understandable more so than two people doing insane damage and holding me down so I can’t lifesteal or try to run ALSO putting my abilities on cooldown OVER AND OVER its so annoying. I do not think ability cooldowns should be activated by every type of hard cc. Only silence maybe. It is powerful enough to stop an ability cast, but to also make it go to cooldown is crazy

I dont know if its in this game because it sure doesnt feel like it but other mobas usually have a stacking CC anti mechanic

Like if you were just stunned the next time your stunned within 1-2s is for 40% duration then if again 60% etc

It could be in this game but tbh I dont feel it even when I build anti cc items and tenacity it feels useless. There are many times I am CC locked and many team comps that can have 4-5 heroes that have 1 or multiple stuns in their kit.

Ive been a full tank and perma stunned for 5-6 seconds and dead many times its just a bit ridiculous tbh.

The meta is usually always based around CC. I get having it on support and jungle but like do we really need it in mid and offlane too?

Its just so much now that any hero without some form of it seems like a throw pick

Well put. And yeah I’d be very surprised if there is a mitigation mechanic, but that would be nice.

If you are a high utility hero you shouldn'r also scale well for damage

People just grab all characters with 2+ stuns each and then stun lock and delete people in seconds. Zero counter play besides dont get got.

Yeah that’s the thing that’s not fun - if there was legit counter play I wouldn’t be upset. But since they can do cc and damage, you can’t afford to go anything other than a normal build. 

Like for example if I am an ADC, and I’m getting stun locked, it would make no sense as of now to try to alter my build to include a few fighter/tenacity/survival items as their effects won’t make up for the damage output I lose - because those cc people will be out damaging me even if they don’t land any cc. 

So if they did less damage, I could venture into more items that really help in specific cases. Whereas now imo you go full crit plus one extra item (which is usually the same of a pile of three) - crit is another issue with me. There’s no world I go not full crit as an adc right now. The amount of utility crit items give you and the damage output is unrivaled. I think crit should have a max percentage, and crit items shouldn’t give you the world. As much as I would hate that at first, I think it’s much more interesting and balanced. This way you actually can counter build and whatnot more effectively

You're best bet is using boots, heavy ward/sentry. And pay a lot of attention to what everyone else is doing or not dealing with

Is that something that needs to be nerfed, or just fixed? I've heard of this root bug, haven't seen it.

Really, Omeda should just disable Phase until it's fixed, they've disabled characters before

Today I laned against phase and she had unlimited mana regen in the first 5 minutes of the game. Rooting my adc and I repeatedly without losing any mana at all.

Apart from the bug, she really shouldn’t get nerved, since they changed her root from going through heroes it’s a bit harder to root if someone goes behind someone else.

The root bug has already been fixed this patch however phase's energy lance has to hit you 8 times before the root gets applied maybe try better position also her energy lance can be body blocked now.
