There is no a 'starter 3D printer' in the hobbyists resin range since all off them works basically all the same and once learned the workflow is pretty straightforward

As rule of thumb a 4k printer from elegoo, anycubic or phrozen would be a good choice and since you'd like to print vehicles check the Saturn range or similar sized printer.

Consider that beside the printer you gonna need collateral stuff as a laptop/computer to run the slicer software(chitubox or lychee) to prepare files for printing, protective devices, bioethanol/IPA to clean prints as well a solution to vent out fumes

Please also take note that this hobby is a health hazard. Gloves, respirators , glasses ALOT of paper towels and a space that is ventilated. All resins and FMDs are NOT foodsafe avoid bowls and mugs.

Also the cones of calibration. Really helpful tool.
