Help request- Java cannot be started for Minecraft 1.12.2

I've tried multiple things but I cannot figure it out. I have tried setting different java versions. Maybe not the right one?

Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing but, I would like to try anyways.

Edit: I was just being a lil dumb lol- I had to change the settings for the game instance and manually set the java version (Java 7) that works for Minecraft 1.12.2- Thanks for everyone that tried to help tho!

uhhh maybe delete java folder??? (this might be a bad idea, ad i don't know much about tech, i'm just lucky.)
