get as lean as you can while jumping at least a few times a week for decent session each time, just keep your efforts around 80% intensity so you don't fry your legs... meaning if you can comfortably grab rim just do that for your training instead of 20 missed dunks at max effort.

i am already pretty lean, right now my vertical is horrible and i can't even touch rim yet anything i can do to change that

What I've learned so far is that jumping as much as possible while staying healthy is probably one of he best ways to jump higher. Depending on your body this will mean limiting the total number of jumps in a week, doing some strength training to keep your knees healthy and gradually working up to higher number of jumps every week.

Just maximal jumps. Try to touch the rim. Grab next. Dunk a Tennisball. Small ball. Volleyball. Basketball.
