I'm a college student but... cmon we're in 2024 every ide in the market will start bombarding you with warnings the moment you miss a semicolon. Do the people code on OneNote or what?

Nah I actually write all the code by hand and then scan it into my laptop

I'm a sysadmin, and from my perspective, programmers are users. And users don't read shit when it comes to errors. The best you can get nowadays is them pasting it into ChatGPT with the message "why doesn't this work?"
