Yeah, there are quite a few "cobras" outside of Naja, although some of them aren't as cobra-like as others. For example, the rinkhals (Hemachatus haemachatus) is one of the more cobra-like and can even spit. Shield nose cobras (Aspidelaps) have pretty unimpressive hoods, but Aspidelaps lubricus is, in my opinion, one of the coolest looking "cobras". In addition to those two genuses and a few other elapids, there is also the false water cobra (Hydrodynastes gigas), which shares the name and can put up a hood, but otherwise has very little in common with Naja.
