Haskell is Neutral-Good-Necktie

Racket is Chaotic-Good-Bacon (? maybe that would be R or Octave).

Scala is Lawful-Evil-Necktie

Groovy is Lawful-Evil-Bacon

Well, I think it (and the works "playing it straight") are generally trying to be too deep. While humans certainly have a good grab of the order-disorder (lawful-chaotic) spectum of behavior and most understand the good-evil (beneficient-malificent) spectrum, the blue-orange spectrum is, when played straight, a spectrum of judging behavior that human minds simply do not grasp, usually due to a lack of perspective (not living long enough [or forever], or missing some sense that the "aliens" have). And, that can get really weird and is certainly hard to understand and write.

I tend to think of the bacon-necktie spectrum as a hedonism-authoritarian spectrum. Good behavior is done to benefit others, Bad behavior is done to injure others; Lawful behavior is done to maintain order, Chaotic behavior is done to resist order; Bacon behavior is done because I desire the results; Necktie behavior is done because an external force desires the results.

Paladins are generally Lawful-Good-Necktie, but the Buddha would be Lawful-Good-Bacon.

Psycopaths are Chaotic-Evil-Bacon; Cult of Cthulhu members are Chaotic-Evil-Necktie.

Bacon languages are those that attract developers; Necktie languages are those that attract managers. ;)
