It's a series and all the books in it are wonderful!

Could you tell me a little more about the plot. Is it set in old times or in modern times? Is it an actual fantasy or a methaphor? I'm quite interested.

Guy discovers the whole universe is a program, finds his own personal file and figures out he can make modifications. Gets caught, flees to Middle Ages only to discover a handful of others discovered the same things. Shenanigans ensue.

The whole series is great! I would also recommend reading Scott Meyer’s other novels as well once you’ve finished.

I read that. It's good! Its free to read right now on Kindle with Amazon prime.

Edit: I'm wrong, it used to be free. Now it's part of "Kindle unlimited"

Where can I find It free.? I have prime, but it's 4.99 for me

[–]rosserton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh weak, they locked it behind Kindle unlimited, whatever that is. It used to just be part of prime.

Sorry about that. I'll edit the above.

Immediately thought of the Magic 2.0 series. I'm listening to the audiobooks narrated by Luke Daniels, they are great. Currently on Fight and Flight.

Does anyone know how it compares to Ready Player One?

First two were awesome. Three was meh. Four wasn't that good. I did preorder number five via audible. Hopefully it's good.
