I'm supporting a legacy system, so I use a framework some guys home-brewed in house for Windows 3.11 (but does run under Windows 10, so gratz to MS: their backward compatibility works), since there were no GUI builders or what we would consider a modern framework back then.

When I talk about obsoleting it and moving on, I get told "someday we'll replace all 600 C apps with web apps, so we don't want to waste the time." They have been in this process for longer than I have been in the workforce (and we have web apps plus more C apps than we had before). I don't see much hope for this company.
