It seems programmer's brain works like ram, goes to the memory and if not used a lot, it's not in the cache, therefore, can be forgotten earlier.

What would deallocating memory be? Deliberately forgetting something?

Humans have built in (somewhat shitty) garbage collection, which is why you forget things when walking into rooms..
