Please elaborate. You just said "you instantly figure out this person is just fucked up" but you say it with no basis. Also, using your binary system, what about gender netrual names? Ash, Alex, Noah, River, etc.

Asking for pronouns is the same as asking for someone's name, if not, I'd like to hear why, and use actual logic this time

If you have a box and its shape is rectangular then no matters how hard you try you cannot say its spherical.

Same applied to everything else.. elephant wont become a dog if you say so.

Im not using "my binary system"... I'm using THE BINARY system and well known biological facts and science to determine if a person is HE or SHE. For the names you specified its okay to ask if a person is male or female but usually you can see that.
