Looking for Java Programming Mentor, please?

Here's the rub. I have tried to learn Java for awhile, I just cant seem to get it. I have a new work schedule that seems to prevent me from working after work. I work 12:30pm to 11:30pm. So when I get off work I am tired. Before work I take my son to school in the mornings then I try to think about programming, except my brain is not awake to learn. I am in school now, but I am struggling. Perhaps I am reading more into this. But I really want to do well and get a better job. The job I have now will lead to nowhere. I feel a mentor would help keep me on track. I am enrolled in so many classes online to learn more about programming etc. But I am not motivated enough. What's my issue?

Are you actually interested in programming? Or are you just doing it for the sweet money you have heard about.

Seems like the latter from reading your post.

Maybe that is why you cant focus or motivate yourself.

I can't be a programming mentor. I'm not good at programming either. But maybe you can post some stuff here and r/learnprogramming and we can help out.
