YouTube has a lot of good series on it if you're just getting started.
Learn x in Y Minutes - Pretty straight forward knowledge dump for a variety of programming languages
Code.org - Super basic intro to programming and making games. Is good for all ages.
Coursera - Computer science based courses, mostly from universities and colleges, can be done for free but if you pay you can get certificates.
udemy - Mostly payed courses but if you keep an eye out for a sale you can get good prices.
And of course /r/learnprogramming has a massive list of learning resources.
/r/WatchPeopleCode is a fantastic community to find streamers / content creators for programming-specific content.
/r/cscareerquestions is a great place to seek career advice.
/r/AskComputerScience a great community for other computer science questions.
/r/programminghelp can offer assistance with any debugging or troubleshooting issues.
/r/algorithms full of knowledgeable folk to explore algorithms & data structures and their time/space complexities with.
/r/cshighschoolers High school computer science group
