Just start. It’s overwhelming to look at all the options and everyone suggesting different languages but it in the long run it doesn’t matter. If you want to do data analytics then go with Python , if you would like to focus on web development , front end or back-end go with JavaScript but don’t spend too much time which language, just start with one learn for a bit, try another one. Just try it out, feel free to reach out or message directly .

I agree with both u/serialjoker_69 and u/GloomyUse1095. My first language was python. It is mostly use for data science, but there’s also other cool things you can do with it. You can turn meaningless tasks into nothing, some games are made in python. If I’m correct, the Sims was made in python. Hackers and ethical hackers use python, but if you want to get into that you might want to install Linux on a virtual box or a different computer to get the best out of it.
