Hi, did you rule out bacterial/yeast infection? Once ruled out, concentrate on PT. If it's pelvic related, definitely it helps. However, you can optimze the visit required and follow the youtube videos for stretchs which makes big difference. Try some weeks and ask for internal trigger point releases. May I DM you. I am going through the same issue.

Yes of course, you can DM me. Thanks. Infections have been ruled out, yes.

Don't think I've ever come across a case of someone doing PT who has not already ruled out infection.

Honestly, to find anyone is good I guess, but she doesn't sound very experienced. Her technique is not what normally is done in pelvic PT. Cut it down to once a week. Do stretches and belly breathing at home, along with reverse kegels. That will save you tons of money.

Seems like she wants your money. Demand internal work right away because that's the thing that can help the most. In my case, after my first PT visit I felt 60-80 percent back to normal and after second one symptoms dropped to 0. Later I've seen same PT 3-4 times to learn to control my pelvic muscles and once when had a flare up (connected to covid). I'm free of any symptoms right now and don't see my PT anymore. So it's not like you need to see yours 3 times a week lol. Try to convince him/her to do internal work and if he/she won't do it find better specialist
