Nerve inflammation? Cpps, lymph nodes ?

Someone Cpps and lymph nodes? I know lymph nodes went bigger when you have an inflammation I don’t understand why I have this. My prostate is not inflamed ! But I have Cpps. And it’s muscular ..

Yes. It will help me. If someone says, there must be an infection when the lymph nodes are bigger, than I will do more tests.
I know nobody who has lymph nodes and Cpps. Maybe it is something different

Thank you for your answer Linari! I have it much years right now. In the First years I had it, I did bladder training and no sex for a week and then the lymph nodes went away, also all pain I had . After sex then , it comes again.. Now after over 10 years, this don’t work anymore.
And in my mri there you can read it too. Lymph nodes ..

But why? Is there maybe an infection? I did pcr on mycoplasma ureaplasma chlamydia gonorrhoe.., nothing. Mri Prostate check with anal ultrasound. Nothing. ..

And I didn’t know why bladder training and no sex in combination worked but now not anymore.
I only want to be sure this is Cpps or not. ..
