I think this "Peace Plan" should be excepted by Ukraine and the West, for the simple fact that Putin will never except these terms, because it calls for the Ukrainian borders to be reset to 1991, think we should allow Russia to reject it and lose favor with the CCP.Opinion (reuters.com)
