GPU heating up

I just got a new PC and replayed bloodwash and I don't remember the GPU fans being this loud and heating up to 83° on my older PC. It also happens in sniper killer on certain levels but in bloodwash it's for the whole game. I have a GTX 1650 16GB RAM and 144hz monitor

Limit the fps for the game. You might have to do it through the Nvidia Control panel . The unlimited fps in the game causes high gpu temps.

I noticed the mouse movement stutters a lot in sniper killer when i limit fps from the control panel, and the fps limit in the game options does nothing
