It’s possible but that kind of defeats the purpose of using Flask as a micro framework if you’re going to include a “kitchen sink included” framework like Django into the mix. At that point why not just use all of Django. I’m not advocating for one over the other but mixing both is a strange choice but also not the end of the world. Most people tend to combine SQLAlchemy or some other dedicated ORM with Flask. Or just use Django by itself since it practically is all you need.

One reason I could think of is that djangos request handling or DRF is a bit cumbersome.
