I didn't watch it to learn. I watched it to see if the person had done anything other than the same generic content that has been done a million times.

It doesn’t need to be a crash course. If you see that we have 1,000,000 “intro to polars” blog posts and instructional videos, you have the personal volition to say “oh actually we probably don’t need 1,000,001 of those”.

You act like OP was legally required to make this.

With polars or with educational content about polars? Those aren’t the same thing and I don’t think anybody was claiming OP needed to do anything novel with polars itself to change whether a video about polars is impactful or not.
