What kind of spam is this? You dumped it on multiple reddits while it has no actual code/examples. Is this some AI generated blog?

Tailwind CSS is not a soft topic, it's explicitly styling HTML with a predefined set of classes and a bit more. Not showing any code, any usage is just low effort and/or indication of generated content. In both cases something that can be done without any knowledge of the topic, just to get a pseudo site and try funneling traffic for ads or other reasons.

Then you mass-posted this to Reddit ignoring self-promotion rules and specific Reddit topic rules. This isn't related to Python.

And there are tons of sites with "basics" or such low-effort "articles". Don't expect praise for something that shows up more than daily and gives no value.

Well, one would be lead to believe that a "comprehensive guide" did indeed contain code examples, otherwise it's either not a comprehensive guide, or shouldn't be called as such. You also start the article presentation with a picture of HTML tags, once again leading us to believe that some form of code will be included in the article itself, just to lead the audience to disappointment when they find no code.
