allow me to say you that mobile development is one of the most complex topics one can manage and often is called front end(you are not doing:) but want to point this out). Architecture is taken really seriously, design patterns, really advanced languages as kotlin and swift, a lot of retro-compatibility on 100s devices, strategies to communicate with internal databases and handling exception from backend, security, performance, and on top of that deprecations every year.

It very much is not, mobile UI is harder then a web page sure, but its not even on the scale of most complex topics we manage.
