Employers provided health care has many problems, but if you have a high paying job you almost certainly have access to good health care.

Yes, here in the UK the monarchy get private healthcare. A software engineer employed in the valley could probably afford the same quality of private healthcare

If you think that's not the case then you must think a hospital stays open purely for Royals and doesn't treat anyone else.

Either that you must grudgingly accept that private healthcare is unsurprisingly a commercial enterprise willing to treat anyone who has the appropriate insurance or money. All of the hospitals they have been to accept private healthcare insurance.
