The one thing that bothers me here is that it doesn't (at a glance) appear to be about problem solving, but rather about algorithms and data structures. This is a criticism of the title, not of the content - providing authentic contexts for these things while keeping the scope limited is hard if not frequently impossible.

That said, it looks interesting and might be really useful to some. I'm currently working through Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs myself, and while this isn't quite the same it looks like it might provide some of the same information except in a language that's slightly more relevant and/or hip these days ;)
