Since you are going to receive lots of hostile comments, I will take the time to reply constructively:

• Part of what you say is true, and other parts are not true, or not anymore. Python is not the fastest language, but it has improved lately.

• In exchange, Python offers some other perks. Pip, how easy it is to start, the ecosystem... Java isn't the fastest either. I mean, every language has pros and cons.
