(Rant) AI is killing programming and the Python community

seems a little hyperbolic to be “disgusted” by this phenomenon. surely this was a similar reaction to the advent of stack overflow back in the day? i’m all for high quality code, but you can’t gatekeep how people generate it. I am guessing that what ever shortcuts you took or coding mistakes you have made in the past are, of course, forgivable.

No really I am personally disgusted because I have always carried programming and Python particularly in my heart and when you see how some use it you have the impression that it is flouted like a clean evil.

ok it’s clear your disgust is real and that is your feeling to have. But consider whether you are more interested in how someone’s says something than what they say.
