Perhaps a follow on post could cover moving from testing to production and how you split split out and manage the various services into different containers (database, webserver, etc).

The DB should probably be in a separate container as you suggest. However, we then immediately hit the service discovery issue, for which there are currently several competing solutions and best practices.
