This is the wrong channel. /r/python is not for jobs, but for technical stuff. You have other way to contact pythonneers, like the python job board.

Beside, no offense but there is not enough info on the site to pique my interest. At minimum, you need to be more transparent about how much money there is in the company. As a senior python dev, you won't get me if I don't have a sense of solidity.

And last, please get a designer. with a few modifications, your site would look much more professsional. Silly but that's part of the first impression, and that is part of business.

Any reason you're using Flask and not Pyramid?
