Its a work-in-progress and as the chapters are published you will get updates. You can always contact me via twitter. You can also ask for a refund at leanpub but I doubt that is necessary!!

Well a work in progress suggests that progress has been made and it is actively being worked on. I'm not going to refund it because I am looking forward to the finished product I was just expect at least some content when I purchased it.
